Our design teams work with you to create an original concept for any location, grounded in your brand vision and specifications. Whether you need an enhancement to an existing concept or a completely new store design or unit, we ensure your vision is fully realised to create your truly unique concept.
Working to a client brief our designers create layouts in full 3D photo realistic renders, fully to scale, accurate and easily adjustable visualising the full creative potential of your space. Leaving nothing to chance, progressing visuals to prototypes and then into full manufacture, supply and roll out.

From inception to completion HDI Project Management team will guide you through the life cycle of your project from inception to completion. With our specialisms in project planning, procurement, design and delivery, we are experts in advising clients on how to achieve the right balance of time, cost and quality.

Manufacture
We have developed an extensive fabrication plant, capable of producing products and services from the very small to the larger projects. Well equipped with semi-automatic lasers, fully automatic punch, press brakes, spot welding capabilities, robotic welder for large quantity welding projects – welding department and a powder coating plant with a 3/4 mile track, fully automated and hand spraying. Warehouse & Logistics
Fulfilling the supply chain, our warehouse focuses on the safe storage of your goods, holding stock where necessary, managing the flow our your goods, components and information to optimise productivity. Our transport and distribution service managing transportation from global freight movement to local ‘milk runs’ for after sales to reverse logistics.
HDI’s value added service including creating customer ready kits and light assembly instructions, inventory, pre-assembling pos displays, customised labelling from swing tickets, bar codes and price stickers. Plus on-site inspection of outbound goods and components protecting your brand.

Available 24/7 for a routine scheduled visits to emergency response and repairs HDI maintenance service make your space a priority whether one or multiple stores.
Preventative Maintenance
Our local teams will inspect and repair your site on a regular basis, checking fixtures and fittings to ensure they are up to par, and providing you with a detailed report. Our goal is to keep your space looking like the day it opened.
Reactive Maintenance
If reactive or “quick-response” maintenance is required, we’ll get one of our local retail maintenance professionals to your space immediately to address the issue and deliver a quality solution.
